Shirley enjoyed living in downtown Portland and working at many of the local corner stores on Munjoy Hill through the years before her illness. Shirley seemed to know and love everyone.
She was a hard worker who enjoyed people’s company and conversation at the lunch counter where she would work.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Shirley may be made to Alzheimer’s Association. www.alz.org
